DDP-Documents Distribution Platform

DDP is a document distribution system within the TEAMCENTER environment which allows you to efficiently distribute all your product documents to the different recipients in the course of the product’s lifecycle. The system supports a wide variety of distribution channels and allows for a sophisticated distribution of the documents with the ability to fully track the distribution process.

The product’s lifecycle management requires sending documents to different parties, and DDP allows you to send all the needed documents quickly and efficiently, within the TEAMCENTER environment. The system collects all the needed documents in different “packages” according to the needs of each separate recipient.

With DDP you can:

• Easily collect and sort all the documents while tracking the sent documents all throughout the product’s lifecycle
• Quickly and easily send the documents to their recipients
• Use a large variety of distribution channels – email, FTP and others
• Easily print delivered content
• Accept documents from external systems as ERP
• Easily send TEAMCENTER reports
• View all the documents in offline mode using the OPG (offline package) within an environment that fully simulates the TEAMCENTER environment on the browser
